•    Almond Milk

How to make Nut/Seed Milk

1.    Take a cup (or the desired amount) of nuts / seeds in a bowl
2.    Soak the main ingredient overnight or for at least 4 hours before rinsing
3.    Add 4 cups of filtered water (4 times the amount)
4.    Add a pinch of salt ( sea salt for a healthy alternative)
5.    Add honey or sugar alternatives such as stevia for sweetening it
6.    Blend the mixture thoroughly and strain with a clean cheese cloth
7.    Store in air tight jars
